The Morning Room.

The Morning Room is a bright and peaceful second-floor space, designed as a simple, comfortable retreat for two. Set within this Georgian townhouse, it offers a quiet place to start and end the day, whether you are heading out along the coast or taking your time exploring Berwick’s streets, shops and riverside walks.

The room features a super king bed, with soft lighting and understated furnishings creating an easy, relaxed atmosphere. A small seating area provides space to pause with a coffee or plan the day ahead, while practical touches such as slippers, a built-in wardrobe and bedside lighting make settling in straightforward.

The en-suite shower room is modern and well laid out, with a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin, along with useful storage.

The Morning Room is well suited to couples or solo travellers looking for a calm, adult-only stay in the centre of town. Light, simple and comfortable, it offers a restful base with everything you need within easy reach.
